In effect, Christians, like followers of any other faith, have different ideas on what “being a Christian” entails. To some, it requires adherence to a strict set of guidelines established by their sect. To others it more loosely is translated as anyone who calls themselves a Christian.

Christians in our society are largely defined by how much importance they give to their particular sect (i.e. church) and how much it influences their participation in all the activities of life found in society. This includes, but not limited to, dress, social involvement, education, work days and political participation and evaluation.

If nothing else, Christians could follow three of the most significant precepts of their faith; tolerance, charity and forgiveness.
