I agree with everyone else; you need to pick a topic that you really really know well. It would be even better if it’s sort of unique, but I know that the average person only knows how to do average things. All I was told by my profs was not to do something that almost everyone obviously knows how to do… like in our age group almost everyone knows how to do things with computers, or most girls know how to put on makeup, etc.

Examples: Cooking, certain recipe, name steps to preparing, find recipe where? And could offer samples or have pics to go with the steps and end product. Same with a craft, or science technology like the ‘gas engine’ or ‘electric engines’, etc. Good luck!
