Many people have a terrible tendency to use too many slides; have boring facts and figures on their slides which nobody can see, let alone are interested in; they use too many effects; and, the cardinal sin, they simply read out exactly what is on the slide.

You could start your presentation highlighting all these errors, then discuss how it could be done better by keeping it simple, keeping it graphic (use pictures) and don’t have shed loads of graphs and text on screen.
