i am new here and i want to ask about my project?
we have a project in my english class and it is about the elements of short story.. and we will get the story from the novels and my problem is i dont know where to get novels in computers and i dont now a good and short novel. thanks a lot

My favorite short novel is “The Lonliness of the Long Distance Runner” by Alan Sillitoe. I think it is about 40 pages long so it might not be called a short story. I think I have seen it referred to as a Novella.

Public libraries have many books that you can lend and choose your favorite novels.
I managed to complete all my requirements and passed all my exam without spending a lot buying books. Second hand bookstores would be a good choice too.
