There is rather an interesting commercial on TV right now … about responsibility. It’s an insurance company, can’t remember which one, but it shows a bunch of small acts of random kindness.
I think those small acts, that some people just normally do without thinking, are the biggest acts of compassion. There is no gain, just a small thing.

1st look up the word compassionate – then try to think of the last time some one had compassion for you – next try to remember the last time you were compassionate towards some one else-next think for any movies you hav seen lately-compassionate story lines. then maybe start a list of things or acts of compassion-like you’re driving down the road see a stranger stranded w/ a flat tire and it’s pouring rain, you stop a help with changing tire- an old woman drops all of her groceries you stop to help pick up and see her home safely. hope this helps good luck
