ln(x+1) / ln(x) cannot be simplified further.

I’m assuming “LN” stands for natural log.

You cannot distribute the natural log over (x+1).

Ln(X+1) / LnX

You use the distributive property so you multiply Ln * X and then Ln *1 so you would end up with LnX + Ln / LnX

LnX / LnX cancels itself out so the answer you are left with is Ln

you use the distributive property and its LnX+Ln/LnX and i think thats as far as you can simplify that.

If you mean

Ln(X+1)

————

LnX

Then it equals to

(Ln * X + Ln)

——————

Ln * X

which is like

(Ln*X)/ (Ln*X)+ Ln /( Ln*X)

which is like

1 + 1/X
