Search out similar texts in the same time realm. Similar authours, as well. Look at conflicting and complementary themes. These differences and likenesses are interesting. Look into autobiographical or biographical origins of the writer. Compare and contrast. Compare and contrast from books& or writers from the same time period or genre.

The Finest Creation

When reading “The Finest Creation,” the book pulls the reader inside the mind of the author. This book is categorized as a fantasy book, but it also has some very realistic happenings throughout the book. (Now insert a short sentence/thesis of what the book is about. Then write an essay or book report of two or three paragraphs and make sure your last paragraph is your conclusion of your opinion or thoughts about the book.)

No problem, book reports can NEVER be wrong as long as it has been read and understood.

A report is just that, a REPORT, and a report is what you write as your interpretation of what you read.

Be sure to make the report in the manner that your teacher expects.

Here’s a sure-fire way to make your report legitimate:

You said it was a fantasy, so follow-up on that thought pattern.

After the usual “reporting” on the book, enter your “hypothetical” or “psycological” two-cents worth, like giving your idea that totally contradicts the author’s printed hogwash.

It is a “report” that cannot be faulted because it is “your” thoughts.

PS: It works like a charm.

Whatever you do, make sure you know the meaning of all the words you use, don’t use any word you don’t fully understand. Don’t give a summary of the book, rather write what you learned, how the book make you feel, why is it important, because most likely your teacher already read the book, so he/she knows the content. And one more thing, give it to someone to proof reading to make sure it makes sense, check spelling is good but the computer doesn’t understand the meaning of words, only checks for spelling errors. Good Luck!
