I assume that you mean AMONG the colonies. Not much, actually. Most commodities were shipped off to Europe. The individual colonies were pretty self sufficient.

There was quite a bit actually, of fur trade to be specific. During and before the French and Indian War of the 1750’s and early 60’s, there was much competition between the French and the English for fur trade. A great demand lay in Europe for such goods as fur hats, coats, etc.

They were doing some of their trade with each other, just to try to cut out the middle man — England. But still they were trading alot with Europe.
