hey there. I’m a 3rd year spanish student. Straight A’s. The key is to study just a little each night. Then go over it everyday and add a little bit of info to what you learned the previous night. If you need extra help, ask the teacher. I’m sure they’d be willing to help.

I didn’t really read through the whole page, but the link I posted has some study tips. The flash card idea would work great in your situation as well. Put the word in english on one side, such as “hello”, and the word in Spanish on the other side, “hola”. Just keep practicing like that, and hopefully that will help. I am in Spanish at the moment too. It is challenging. I suggest studying a lot, but not too much. Too much studying isn’t going to help, so just study a little bit more every day and soon you’ll know what to do!

If you think you need to study then you definitely should. I would start out studying for about 30 minutes-1 hour.
