a million) you are able to purely upload or subtract words that have the comparable variables and comparable exponents (8x^2 + 6x + 3 ) – (4x^2 + 3x + 2 ) = (8x^2 – 4x^2) + (6x – 3x) + (3 – 2) = 4x^2 + 3x + a million 2) you probably did no longer comprise the variable x interior the distribution 2x(3x – 5) = 2x (3x) – 2x (5) = 6x^2 – 10x 3) Use FOIL F- First term in each and each element, O – outer words in each and each element, I – inner words in each and each element and L – final words in each and each element (2x + a million)(x + 3) = 2x(x) + 2x(3) + a million(x) + a million (3) = 2x^2 + 6x + x + 3 = 2x^2 + 7x + 3 4) comparable technique as subject 3, purely with yet another term (x + a million)(x^2 + x + a million) = x(x^2) + x(x) + x(a million) + a million(x^2) + a million(x) + a million(a million) = x^3 + x^2 + x + x^2 + x + a million = x^3 + 2x^2 + 2x + a million 5 and 6 you may desire to coach on your guy or woman. 5)x^2 – 4 6)2x + 10 7) seem for the element of the coefficient of x^2. consequently it particularly is a million, and the element pair is {a million, a million} seem for the element pairs to the consistent term. consequently 6. the element pairs are {a million, 6} and {2, 3} word that the check in front of 6 is detrimental. meaning the factors with have opposite indications Is there a element pair, that i’m able to upload or subtract to get a effect of a million, a million is the coefficient of x? sure {2, 3} using fact the x term has a -a million , the three would be detrimental, and the two valuable (x + 2)(x -3) Factoring take particularly some prepare.

9x^2 +6x + 1

you know both factors are the same because the 2nd +

both are pos. because of the 1st +

factors of 9 are 1

and 3

factors of 1 are 1

what factors of 9 when added together = 6

3

therefore (3x+1) (3x+1) or (3x+1)^2

to check multiply out

Sorry , its summer and i forget how to do it with the work now, but just by looking at it and doing it with a quick guess-and-check method, i came to this:

(3x+1)(3x+1)

The way to check your work on this is by factoring it out , which comes to this:

9x^2+3x+3x+1

When you combine like terms, you come to this:

9x^2+3x+1

Which is what you started with, so the answer is:

(3x+1)(3x+1)

Hope i Helped =)

easy it’s a perfect square.

asq + 2ab + bsq

a= 3x, asq= 9xsq

b = 1, bsq = 1

so

2ab = 6x

The answer is

(3x + 1) ^2
