From what I remember, book reports at that grade level are mainly concerned with detailing the plot of the book. I know I didn’t start writing themes (with topic sentences and proofs) until I was in high school.
I’m sure your teacher will tell you what she expects the report to contain (or you can ask her), but I would write it like this:
Introduction – A general paragraph about the book, who wrote it, what kind of book it is (fiction, non-fiction, biography, science fiction, etc.), what it’s about, etc. You could even include a sentence about whether you liked it and why.
Body Paragraphs – A few paragraphs telling what happened in the book. You could even include a few quotes from the story to support what you’re writing.
Conclusion – Sum up the story and your report.
Hope that helped.

are you able to describe it as Epilogue I, and Epilogue II? it somewhat is a literary gadget used by the author to fulfill the reader. Many writers attempt to present their artwork in a diverse way with a view to allure to the reader. Does the interest “postcript” artwork to describe the final section?
