well first you need to know how many hours is good enough for u to do your homework. Someday it might take less and sometimes it takes more depending upon the amount of homework you have. Let’s say you are doing seven classes and you have homework from all seven classes. Give about half of an hour for each homework which means by 5 your homework is finished. Could be a few mins. before and a few mins. after. Then you can take a 15 mins. break and 5:15 do your work out. So by 6 you are done with homework and workout. Then you can take another hour to eat, shower, and relax a little. Perhaps play with a younger brother or sister or watch television or hangout with the family. Then at 7 you can start studying. Spent about 15 – 30 mins. going over what you did in class on that day. which means about 9 -10, it’s bedtime. You can even make a study timetable if you don’t wanna study every subject everyday. For example studying 3 subjects per day or maybe 4.
Good Luck on your time – table.

Yoga is a fantastic way to exercise and relax all at the same time. Look up some basic moves and try them. Not only will they help you relax, but I guarantee you’ll feel more focused afterward to do your homework.
