how do defend the Stamp Act?

I will have a debate about the Stamp Act which Britain imposed to the colonies. There is 2 people debating. One revolutionary, who fundamentally disagrees, and other loyalist, endorsing the act. I am a loyalist, and I have to defend it by presenting the reason and argument. Any idea that I can present as a loyalist? what good argument should I use>?

“good” is relative. You can use the arguments that the British used…

The colonies were getting generally the same benefits as the homeland and not having to pay their way. As far as taxation without representation, the British said that every member in Parliamant represented EVERY british citizen, even the colonists….therefore the colonists didn’t need to elect someone–they already were represented.
