How could I teach in Scotland?

I am a US citizen I am thinking about getting a degree in history education for high school. I would really love to teach in Scotland. I am not planning on going to school there, but is there a way that I could teach there?

Hi!

I would suggest getting a TEFL certificate. You would be able to teach English pretty much anywhere in the world with that. Most countries also require a BA. It’s a great way to get your foot in the door teaching. I did a great program in Prague and have been teaching and living here ever since.
