how can i edit this sentence?

im editing an english paper and i cant use weak words (is,am,are,were,was,being-etc).. i cant get this sentence to not use “WILL”—- Seeing topless women in America other than in a rated “R” movie will never happen.

Are you sure that’s what you want to say?

How about, “The only place American women are likely to be seen topless is onscreen in an R-rated movie.”

… but have you considered strip clubs? or topless beaches? how about cable tv?

um…Im not sure..how about saying,”Seeing topless women in America,other than in a rated “R” movie most likey won’t be brought about in the future.”

I know it sounds kinda weird…and I dont know all the words that you can or cant use.But I Hope this helps you. =)
