Homework problem: Statistics?

I’m having trouble with this problem from my statistics class. The teacher gave this problem as a handout but the book doesn’t have anything like this in it. Please help!

1. A craftsman builds two kinds of birdhouses, one for wrens (X1), and one for bluebirds (X2). Each wren birdhouse takes four hours of labor and four units of lumber. Each bluebird house requires two hours of labor and twelve units of lumber. The craftsman has available 60 hours of labor and 120 units of lumber. Wren houses profit $6 each and bluebird houses profit $15 each.

a. Algebraically state the objective and constraints of this problem.

b. Plot the constraints on a grid and identify the feasible region, and optimal point.

Include a statement of the solution quantities (how many of which product), a statement of the maximum profit achieved by your product

Alright, I have a little time to devote to this problem now and since no one else answered it, I’m going to assume you still need help…

4(x1) + 2(x2) = 60

4(x1) + 12(x2) = 120

6(x1) + 15(x2) = profit

I’m still kind of trying to figure out where to go from here on this one.

I’m thinking the answer is x1 = 12 and x2 = 6. I can’t really think of the method for this, I just used a matrix…but there’s a way to graph this too and I all of the sudden am drawing a blank.

this is a pattern, because of the fact this is a team of folk as against the entire city. A stat is something based upon the entire city ie inhabitants growth or rainfall in step with year. not each physique on the city is going to the well being club. This in basic terms a fraction of the inhabitants. it quite is the version between a stat and a pattern.
