What has changed between prehistoric times and the Ancient Egyptial period? That’s anyone’s guess. Prehistoric means before history – in other words, berfore there was any recorded history. And that means no one truly knows what things were like at that time. You could guess as the geological changes – changes in the river path – but as far as a generalization such as you seem to require, there ain’t no such animal.

The river nile doesn’t tell us anything about egyptian ideas about disease. The river nile is mute, and doesn’t speak. The egyptians may have had notions about disease based on their observations of the river nile, but that isn’t what you are asking. You are asking what the river nile tells us, and it doesn’t tell us anything.

The questions sound like they are referring to something very specific written in your text. I suggest you read the chapter you are study and look for key words like Nile and differences.
