Help with proof please?

If two parallel lines are cut by a transversal, then the alternate interior angles are congruent

Given: AB is parallel to CD, EF is a transversal

Prove: Angle 3 is congruent to Angle 5, Angle 4 is congruent to angle 6

If a transversal is cutting through two parallel lines, then there will be 4 angles with the same degree, and 4 with a different degree, but those four will also be the same.

I forget how to write proofs though. sorrryy.
