find the radiun measure of the central angle of a circle with radius of 12 ft that intercepts an arc of a 25 ft length… please help…. i cant remember the formula to figure it out.

First you need to determine the circumference of the circle, C=2pi(r) = 24pi = approx. 75.36 ft.

Since the arc is 25 ft., you have a ratio of 25/75.36

This is approximately 1/3 of the whole circumference.

That means the radian measure is approximately 1/3 of 2pi, which is 2pi/3.
