Help algebra 1. Please Help?

1)write the point-slope form of an equation for the line passing through the point at (3,6) with slope of -4/3

2)write an equation in slope-intercept form for the line through points(2,4) and (6,2)

3)determine the slope and y-intercept of the graph 12+3y=-2x

4)determine the slope of the line through points (4,-8) and (3,-6)

5)find an equation in slope-intercept form for the line that passes through (-3,1)

and (2,-3)

6)what is the slope of a line that is perpendicular to the graph to the graph of

1.) you simply have to use y=mX + b where m is rise over run … but the slope m is given for 1 as -4/3… so y=-4/3X + 6

b is simply where the line crosses the y-axis.

4.) use m= rise/run here…

5.) you simply have to use the rise/run formula… m=y2-y2?x2-x1

Hope this helps???

For each of these you need to look in your math book and re-read the part about slope intercept form —

y = mx + b

Also review what slope is — the change in Y over the change in X.
