Yep, it fairly is 5-7-5 as classic haiku are. The browning of the leaves is a seasonal reference, there’s a significant smash and there’s a correct fact previous the actual in the third line. Qualifies as a haiku in English all day long. particularly superb. keep in mind that eastern is extremely diverse from English, so it fairly is maximum difficult to realize the eastern standards for haiku in an English format. that’s surprisingly much as good a pass at it as any.
