I’d say a fused sentence. There should be a semicolon before the last clause.

A comma splice occurs when two complete sentences are joined by a comma but no coordinating conjunction.
A fused sentence is like a comma splice without a comma; it’s simply two sentences put together with no punctuation between them.
What’s happening in your example? Or is it correct the way it is?
