Geometry Question…?
HJ = 6w – 5
JK = 4w – 6
KH = 129
Can you just tell me how to do this, not tell me the answer..(Our teacher just gave us homework without explaining how to do it and I’m stuck on this question.)
Thank You.

You substitute what you know from one equation in the other equations to eventually find out all the variables.
You will need the fact that J is between H &K, as there is more than one possible answer.
Since J is common to 2 equations, and you have a fact about K*H, rearrange one of the other 2 equations to give J = something, then substitute that in the other. This gives you a new relation between H & K – now 2 separate (simultaneous!) equations.
