but look australia is vast and a 5 degree band of latitude is the difference between — say cairns ( in tropical north queensland ) to hobart in tasmania ( which is cold climate ) and then there is sub tropical ( which is sort of in between )

but i guess your mission , is to diverse the subject youv’e been given at school — don’t forget , australia is the largest island continent inthe world — and there is indeed a lot to the place — it is vast !!! lol !!!

get a map type in an area , and go from there . good luck

It depends how much time you have got. I was thinking that you could use power-point and flash player to create small animations in which the animal that is native to that specific area actually presents for you. So You’d have the animation of the animal come up and discuss something like how they live in the grasslands of the area, then pictures flash up of the grasslands and other things that you have discussed while the animal (up in the top right hand corner of the screen) goes through the info. You can get flash animator online and it is really easy to use, if you don’t already have it power-point has all of the capabilities for recording sound etc too.
