slope intercept form is y=mx+b

m=slope

b=intercept

you plug the slope (8.3) in for m

and the y intercept (-6) in for b

then you come up with y=8.3x+-6

it takes some practice, but it’s pretty basic once you get the hang of it!

While the above two answers are well demonstrated the formal answer is

y=8.3x-6

Most algebra teachers will not approve of double signs and you will rarely see that on standardize tests.
