the answer is:

I do not know how to do this, any help would be great, I keep getting 19.028 and 38.0559 but that is no help it seems

shouldn’t it be the derivative?
Once you have the first derivative which is f'(x), plugging 1 into x will tell you what the slope at that point.
Use (a, f(a)) to find the point that you want to have the tagent line and use the point slope form to solve for the line
y – y1 = m (x – x1)
