Anti social behaviour for smokers is smoking in crowded or indoor public places.

It costs smokers a pack of ciggies everyday and eventually their health.

Taxpayers pay towards the health system which smokers rely apon when they get health issues.

Smoking is a fire hazard, because smoldering cigarrette butts could create a fire if they’re dropped on carpet or something. This makes it more likely for something to happen to the house and its contents therefore increasing the price of insurance.
