Did they provide you with a format you need to follow?
Try starting by listing out on a scratch pad the various attributes to each degree that drew you to them in the first place. Why do you want to major in sociology? Why do you want to major in psychology?…then identify the similarities and differences. Use this as a baseline. Ask yourself why you chose two majors… This is something only you can answer.
