males:
normally watch just sports, news, comedy series, one shot movies, quiz, erotic things and that’s all.
females:
can stay in front of the tv all day since lot of them have no work (just as housewives). start in the morning with news, gossips, quiz, soap operas, then continue through movies, series, etc etc.
from the bill of electricity, they will be the biggest differ.

Seriously, men seem to have no patience when it comes to watching TV. They are always changing the channel – either during a show or during commercials. Women have patience and watch a show all the way through.
