To type the n with the tilde over it hold down the ALT key and type 164 then release or on a Mac type Option+n.

~N — I think this version of N is only used in the middle of words
O — Ocho

N – I don’t think there are any that START with this letter, but it’s called an “enye” “en-yay” Some computers just can’t type it.
