Youth have ALWAYS failed to meet the expectations of society.

From the days when rock and roll was considered a bad influence up until today, adults fear what they don’t understand and label youth with negative tags even if they don’t deserve to be labeled.

they’re judged by the clothes they wear, friends they hang with etc etc.

The irony of it all is today’s youth is tomorrow’s adult and you can bet your last dollar that the cycle will continue.

it depends..

but i think yes,

because there are lots of youths around the world engaged in different things w/c are not appropriate for their age. For example :

Getting pregnant for an early age

being so liberated

try smoking(even adults)(smoking is really dangerous)

use guns

and other unethical doings….

Its always the youth fault, not true at all…

Like shipwreck is right.

The youth just need a Good Father type idol to teach good & not evil.

it happens for evey generation.

remember the “hippie” generation? they re now our yuppie computer geeks.

elvis was supposed to have ruined the 50’s generation with his wiggling hips.

today its about the “gamers”. its better than smoking crack and even crackheads can go on to lead productive lives. look at ppl that took lsd or worse.

its just a gender gap that each generation doesnt quite understand the the former or latter generation

What expectations are those then?

Have you heard the expression ‘You win some you lose some’ – same might be said of anyone’s expectations and the outcomes they observe.
