CP experts help pleaaaase cuz im so mad im crying and i need help?

i made a reeeeely good poem and w/ me, once its on paper or the CP i forget it if i try to go back cuz i speak frum my soul i dont think about it so once its out, its lost. it was literally 5 paragrhaps, and then i copied one part to move it to another paragraph, but a couple minutes later my CP shut down!!!!!!!!!!!!!! im crying right now and im shaking im so mad i neeeeeed to find out if i can find a history of what i copied and pasted

if you copied and pasted it should still be on the clipboard, so try to paste again.

also if the program is microsoft word, if it closes because of some error it saves the work and restores it when you open it up again.

otherwise you are out of luck

I am so sorry that this happened to you! If you didn’t save it previously and you already opened the program without your document coming up (Microsoft Word normally keeps the document if it isn’t saved once you close out), I’m afraid it is lost. I know how that feels… I accidently deleted my entire writing folder once. I lost hundreds of poems and stories that I had written. I wish you the best of luck in re-writting your masterpiece!

If your computer just suddenly crashes and shuts down on you then once you open up the word processor you were using, it should’ve automatically saved.

And if not then… I’m out of ideas.
