2p-2=<4p-8=<3p-3 you solve the first two and then the last two I 'll show the first part 2p-2=<4p-8 2p-4p=<-8+2 -2p=<-6 p>=-6/-2

p>=3

the inequality changes when dividing or multiplying by a negative

Now do the second and third

you write it out it in this format 2p-2 is less than or equal to 4p-8 which is less than or equal to 3p-8. Then you just solve from there what p is equal to

you have to do the same thing to all 3 terms

1. subtract 2p. so now you have -2 less than or equal to 2p-8 less than equal to p-3

2. then add 8. 6 less than equal to 2p less than equal to p+5.

3.then i am not sure what to do next sorry!

AND: -2 < x < 3 "x is larger than -2 and under 3" photograph a huge decision line. x is each and everything between (yet no longer including) -2 and 3. -3 -2 -a million 0 a million 2 3 4 .....o<--------->o….. OR: -2 > x > 4 “x is under -2 or x is larger than 4” x must be each and everything under (yet no longer including) -2 OR each and everything (yet no longer including) 4. -3 -2 -a million 0 a million 2 3 4 5 <---o................o--->
