jews didn’t invent or discover monotherism in anyway at all. If you believe the Torah then the first prophet was adam because he was the first man to talk to Gd. You have to remember in ancient socities Jews were the most hated people and oppresed. When Jews were being conquered by various peoples they weren’t really inventing much because they were just trying to survive. 80% of jews left judaism during Roman occupation because harassment was that bad. There are not and were not many Jews in ancient Greece or even modern Greece for that matter. I’d have to check dates but I don’t even think Judaism was around the time of aritstole and plato and socrates. The most important contribution I know of jews in the old world was that they were the only people who lended money in europe. See chirstians didn’t lend money because it was considered a big sin to charge intrest so christians basically stayed out of banking because no profit could really be made there for them for a long time. Jews didn’t really have a huge role in African and asian cultures that basically dominated the world stage up until the 1700s. So besides Israel jews didn’t have much stake in countries outside europe. Like ancient powerhouses like Iran, Egypt, Ethiopia, China, India, Mongols, etc. didn’t have large amount of jews
