A rabbit is 30ft from its burrow. it can run 25ft/sec. a coyote can run 50ft/sec and starts running toward it. Write expresions for the time itll take the rabbit to get to its burrow, and the coyote to the burrow. then write and solve an euquation relation to these 2 expressions.

NEXT PROBLEM:

2 friends are 60mi apart.they decide to ride their bikes to eachother. sally starts from college and heads east, riding 21mph. teresa starts from the river and heads west at 15mph. When the 2 cyclists meet, what must be true about the distance they rode, write and solve and equation to find when they meet. Also, would a part 26mi west of the river be a good meeting place? & how could i use a diagram to show this?
