if so , and M is the mass of the earth, use

F = Ma

GmM/r^2 = Mv^2/r

and v = 2PI r / T

where G = 6.67×10^-11 N.m^2/kg^2

Earths period T= 3.16×10^7 s

distance earth-sun r = 1.5×10^11 m

Divide by G M

Rewrite with m on the left:
