Can someone please tell me how to create a relative frequency histogram?

Can someone please tell me how to create a relative frequency histogram using these numbers. I know the answer because its in the book but I am not sure how they used the numbers to create the answer.

relative frequency is percentages of the whole data group.

the number of customers is divided by the whole for each section to give that percentage, then its a standard histogram with those numbers.
