Can someone help me with Latin grammar?

1)One of their major accomplishments was their road SYSTEM.

2)..monitored the TRAVELER’S progress …

3)… there was the golden milestone from WHICH all distances were measured.

4)One can see such SYSTEMS even today.

Each of the sentences above are one of the following:

Nominative

Genitive

Dative

Accusative

Ablative

In case you don’t know what they mean….

Nominative — subject, predicate nominative, and predicate adjective

Genitive — possession

Dative — indirect object

Accusative — direct object and the object of certain prepositions

Ablative — object of certain preposition and ablative of means

I think I understand what you want.

1. System = nominative. It’s a predicate nominative. ‘One’ is subject, was verb. One = system.

2. Traveler’s = Genitive – possessive –

3. Which = Ablative – object of preposition ‘from’.

4. Systems = Accusative. Direct object of verb ‘can see’.
