basically it means “thinking of/about”. Like, you are considering moving to NY, means you are seriously thinking of moving. Or you are considering buying a new car, means you are thinking of buying a new car etc.

maybe next time you wanna check out the thesaurus in your dictionary, that is the section that gives you synonyms (words with the same meaning)

Think about, keep in mind. A person must always consider other people. A friend must always be considerate of a friend’s feelings. I suggest you read the dictionary. I used to read it a lot- very informing.

Consider is a word that is usually used in desicion making. It also means taking things in to mind. Such as: “She was considering if she should go to the cinema or go shopping” Or: “Her mum told her she really needed to consider it.” Good Luck. xx Look iyt up in the dictionary if you are still unsure. x
