Can a graph of a line have no intercepts? Does every line have two intercepts?

And why or why not?

If you graph y=6 there will be no x intercept because the graph is parallel to the x axis. However, all functions have a y intercept. The only line that does not cross the why axis is x=some real non-zero number. However, that isn’t a function.
