I have an English assignment and you have to find lyrics in songs that deal with certain literary terms of the following:
Personification
Alliteration
Repetition
Imagery

personficiation : “She’s like the wind” song by patrick swayze
repetition : hey jude by the beatles “na na na na na na na . . . na na na na . . . hey jude”
imagery : Sailing by christopher cross. you can do a yahoo! search for the lyrics

you may attempt to get some stuff from Celine Dion in french….. she sounds diverse and that’s large. For italian: i like Laura Pausini. Spanish… maximum of: Heroes del Silencio (rock), Luis Miguel, Cristian Castro (pop), Shakira (previous CDs/songs, no longer the recent crap she has recorded) I additionally appreciate Tarkan (Turkish) very lots

Figure it out. I’m sure you can find repetition in any song. “Happy Birthday” has it. Look up the definitions, listen to some music, and find them. Alliteration is everywhere; even the theme song for the Mickey Mouse Club has it. Any song with a color in the title is bound to have imagery. “Drive” has personification in it. Listen and learn.
