A Word Problem with Percents?

Fred needs 10% acetic acid solution for an upcoming lab. The storeroom has 16 ounces of 25% acetic acid, but he needs more. However, there is not enough time to order more, so he makes a 10% solution. Determine how much water Fred must add to 25% to reduce it to a 10% solution.

I don’t know what kind of approach I should do to solve these kinds of problems.

Is there some kind of table I should set up to help make it easier?

i’d say a little chart, say that one block equals 5 oz. so you would need a mixture of acid blocks and water blocks till it balances out to 10%, then find out how much water you’ve added
