Solidarity is a word often used when referring to labor unions. Here are a few sites that should help you put your paragraph together. Best of luck with it.

You have some serious punctuatin and grammarerrors occuring there, my friend. You have a topic sentance. It just seems like you need more body and a closing. A description for this essay would help as well. Punctuation errors include: Finally, as(because) children are very perceptible and keen to emulate their parents, (one must) be very careful that you(he or she) exhibit the same sharing skills that you(He or she) are(is) asking of your(his or her) twins. For example, when Mommy and Daddy are eating and playing, they must share with each other. It is important that you(the parents) state what you(they) are(is) doing,(NO COMMA) and use the magic words,(.) *(because)- not a huge mistake, but using “as” asin introductory word to this phrase seems wrong. This clause is an adverb clasue indicating why something should occur. The word “as” seems to answer the question where or when. *(one must)- not a grammar mistake persay, but an understood subject of “you” seems demanding. It is appropriate if writing instructions or a “how-to essay”. I don’t think that is what your aiming for though. * (he or she) (him or her) Improper use of pronoun. You are using “you” which is a second person pronoun. You want to use “he” or “she” as a third person pronoun. It is appropriate for the nature of your essay. Also when you say “you” it often conjurs up the question of who. Is it I, or is it he to which you are referring? * (is)- “are”would be appropriate with the pronoun “you”, but due to the improper pronoun you must change it it “is”. *(the parents)(they)- you switched tenses in the middle. The parents is correct. Stay away from using “you.” “They ” is the proper prounon for “the parents.” * (NO COMMA)- a comma is not needed because it is not a compound, or compound-complex sentance. It is a complex sentance with two verbs. You do onot use a comma to seperate two subjects or two verbs; Use commas when seperating whole sentances. * (.)- You need a period to end the sentance.
