You could use the topic that illegal aliens should be sent back to their own country unless they become legal residents. Or, you could talk about how medical ensurance is so expensive and that people are dieing because they can’t afford medical treatment. You know, we are the only country that makes you pay to go to the hospital. You could also do it on something silly like why you think that they should stop making green gummy bears or something like that. As long as you take the topic seriously and support it with facts and/or statistics.

how about something serious that could get people thinking. like think about some cause that someday when your older would like to donate to or one problem that has been in the news that your upset about. i would like to donate to shelters for animals. i think dog fighting is horrible. dog fighting has been in the news alot. its a topic that will make people get angry and want to do something or make them want to cry. it will make them sit up and listen and that will make them want to learn more or see what they can do. It has lots of facts and isnt boring but emotional. emotion is the key to a good paper. it will make them “feel” something. it is also current and a big problem right now so people will have heard of it but they might not of cared so much until now and heard the facts. i hope i helped! =] and remember. EMOTIONAL is the key. MAKE THEM CARE about the topic.

Your too young to have a real opinion about very much. This comes from experience, thought and interaction with others. While you are obtaining your opinions there are plenty who are happy to provide you with premade opinions. What you need to be doing to protect yourself from those who would use you for their own purposes ( you will be rewarded in heaven) with correct reasoning and questioning techniques. A good method is, so what, who cares.
