Semestered [if that’s a word lol] is better. it’s better because halfway through the year, it’s like getting a fresh start so if you mess up in a class first semester, it doesn’t mess up your grades for the whole year. [Also I’m just more used to semesters. =)]

Coming from someone who just graduated college and attended a semestered high school, I have to say that non semestered is better in the long run.
Sometimes it is too long inbetween the next class in a subject. It could be over a year. For example, lets say your just starting your sophomore year, and your first class is French 2. It is quite possible not to have French 3 until the second have of Junior year. In that time it is quite possible to lose everything you have learned. At least in college, you can chose when and what you want to take, preventing you from forgetting what youve learned previously.
