I forget the URL but do a Google search. There are tons of cyber charter schools in Pennsylvania and Ohio. The key search is “Cyber Charter School.”

Really … every organization needs to get money some place to pay their bills, like their ISP’s. They have to charge money somehow.

I suggest you get aquainted with your local Public Library. This is an institution funded by taxpayers, that has literally millions of books stored in one place for anyone to read. You can get a membership card so that you can borrow books, take home, read in comfort of your home. Be sure to return them on time.
