A lot of kids that homeschool through correspondence schools sometimes live miles and miles away from them. For instance, I live in SC and my homeschool is in PA. Penn Foster High School is a correspondence school. They send me my books, I study them, and take an exam at the end.

Do a google search and you may find out what is available in your area. Also check on your state homeschooling association. Most states have one, and usually they have links to groups in your area that may be of help. But I would say that your choices are homeschooling by yourself, or private school. But groups can be rather helpful because they allow for your child to get together with other homeschooled children and to do co-op activities.
