Is Halloween a good time to market your childcare? why or why not?
I would like to market my family child care on halloween by distributing candies with my buisness card inside. Is this a good idea or not? In a way it feels kind of tacky, but somehow i havent really found a good way to market it other than online. I would liek to know what your thoughts are on this.

Yeah. that would be a great idea. Epically cause there are tons of kids running around. It would be a good idea to make some goodie bags kids in the age group you are targeting and make a little tag about your day care hole punch the corner and put it on a string then tie the bag closed and then give the older kids their pick from a bucket or whatever you normally do.

I have seen that approach for martial arts, and dentists. It’s a good idea so long as you give out the “good candy”
Don’t do pencils,,,, kids hate that trick.

Seems like a fine time to do it to me and the candy idea might make people remember you more.
However, if you happen to be unfortunate enough to look like a goblin, zombie or wtich without trying………you might be better to wait a few weeks………..LOL, I’m just kidding ;o)
