Parent PLUS loan?
My parents have a loan already with the PLUS loan but can the extend the amount of the loan for the next year of school?

If your parents need to take a loan out your second year of school they need to go through the same process they went through before… you will need to fill out the fafsa again with new income information… the fin aid office will then offer them a PLUS loan on your award letter again.. and your parents will need to fill out the paperwork again. Each year it is a new loan.
