ok here is the situation?

I have been going to comm college on and off since 2001 and have accumulated 150 attempted credits and 90 regular credits….I have interests (biology, psychology) but I still have no idea what I really want to do. So, I think I essentially screwed myself out of any financial aide…I think I have enough for an oregon transfer but need more math and bio….how do I fix the situation with FA?

There is not much you can do to fix the situation.

The Higher Education Act requires that institutions establish a maximum time frame in which students receiving Title IV funds are expected to complete the program of study and beyond which they no longer qualify for assistance. At some schools, eligibility to receive Title IV assistance ends when you have registered for 130 – 150% of the number of hours required for graduation in your program of study, including any transferred hours accepted for credit toward the degree.

You will need to talk to a financial aid officer at the school you are wanting to transfer to about their Max Time Frame policy. Good luck!

what situation with financial aid? first 90 credits is a little excessive for community college and 150 attempted? what are you doing besides dicking around? apply for financial aid and figure out what you are doing besides wasting time and money.
